Heard Smt. Pushpa Joshi learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is a case of recovery of only a sum of Rs. 210/-. Considering the facts of the case the accused-applicant is admitted to bail.
The applicant-accused Rajesh @ Rakesh shall be released in crime No. 77/2003 under sections 396, 412 I.P.C., P.S.Doiwala, District Dehradun on his executing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Dehradun.
