J U D G M E N T
The petitioners appeared for the final year B.Phamsupplementary degree examination conducted in August 2009.Dissatisfied with the results of that examination, the petitionershave submitted Ext.P1 applications for revaluation of the answerpapers. The petitioners complain of delay in completion of therevaluation process.
2. I have heard the learned standing counsel for therespondents 1 and 2 also. The learned standing counsel submitsthat the University would require at least two more months tocomplete the revaluation process.
3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petitionwith a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to complete the revaluationprocess for which the petitioners have applied by Ext.P1 series ofapplications and to publish the results thereof as expeditiously aspossible, at any rate within six weeks from the date of receipt of thecopy of this judgment, provided the applications are in order in all W.P.(C) No.37762 of 2009 -M
respects.
The petitioners seek a direction to the third respondent toaccept the applications of the petitioners for appearing the entranceexamination subject to the revaluation of the answer scripts. I amnot inclined to grant that prayer. That prayer is rejected.
