J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed amemo dated 19.12.2012 requesting the Registry to post the casebefore the Bench as it become infructuous. When the writ petition wascalled on for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for thepetitioner was not present. There was also no representation on hisbehalf. In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed asinfructuous.
