ORDER
This is a petition filed under Section 439 of Criminal ProcedureCode seeking bail.
2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.339/2009 of Kasaragod Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 143,147, 148, 153A, 324, 307 read with S.149 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The facts are stated in the order of the court below, which isappended to these petitions. Considering the fact that good part of theinvestigation is over, bail can be granted.
The application is allowed as follows:
1) Petitioners shall be released on bail on each of themexecuting a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with twosolvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the JFCMconcerned.
2) Petitioners shall report before the investigating officer on every Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. till final report is laid.
3) Petitioners shall not tamper or attempt to tamper with the evidence or influence or try to influence the witnesses.
