This OP(FC) was filed challenging Ext.P1
order by which interim custody of the child RiyaRebecca was granted to the respondent for theperiod from 21.12.2019 to 27.12.2019.
2. When the matter came up for consideration on 24.12.2019 this Court passed an interim orderafter interaction with the child, directing therespondent to hand over custody of the child upto27.12.2019.
3. When the matter came up for consideration today, counsel on both sides submitted that theinterim order was complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner
submitted that the learned Family Court hasgranted more reliefs than what was prayed for. Asthe O.P itself is pending, it will be open to the petitioner to move Family Court for modification. Accordingly this OP(FC) is closed with theabove observation.
