ORDER
This is a petition filed under Section 439 of CriminalProcedure Code seeking bail.
2. Petitioner is accused in Crime No.883/2009 of Karunagappally Police Station for the offences punishable underSections 395, 120(b), 109 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The facts are stated in the order of the court below, which is appended to this petition. Considering the fact that good partof the investigation is over, bail can be granted.
The application is allowed as follows:
1) Petitioner shall be released on bail on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent suretieseach for the like sum to the satisfaction of the JFCM concerned.
2) Petitioner shall report before the investigating officeron every Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. till final report is laid.
3) Petitioner shall not tamper or attempt to tamper with the evidence or influence or try to influence the witnesses.
