JUDGMENT
Heard the Government Pleader also.
Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of the appeal filed byher, by the Appeal Committee. Petitioner seeks permission toparticipate in Ottanthullal competition in the Kerala StateKalolsavam 2008-2009, which is scheduled to be held on31.12.2008. Learned Government Pleader submitted that thereis a difference of 15 marks between the petitioner and thecandidate who stood as first. The grounds of the writ petitionshows that the petitioner has not alleged any malafides againstthe respondents. I am not inclined to allow the petitioner toparticipate in the State Kalolsavam.
The writ petition is dismissed.
