By the Court

Hon. A. A. Desai, C.J.

Heard Mr. Rajendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri D. K. Sharma, learned A.G.A.

The applicant is the brother-in-law of the deceased and facing trial for the offence punishable under section 304B I.P.C. and 201, I.P.C. The applicant is the law graduate. To me, if the applicant is released on bail, there is no likelihood of termpering the witnesses since the investigation is complete. I, therefore, direct that the applicant Rajesh be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Roorkee.
