Counter affidavit of respondent no. 5 has been filed wherein she has clearly deposed that she is a major girl having been born on 11.07.1988 and that she does not want to live with the petitioner. She has also stated that she is safe and happily living at her own. Because of the aforesaid counter affidavit, nothing survives in this petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
