IN THE HIGH COURT OF UTARAKHAND AT NAINITAL
Writ Petition No. 188 of 2007 (M/S)
………
Mr. Ramji Srivastava, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Lok Pal Singh, Advocate for respondent no. 3.
Hon’ble V.K. GUPTA, C.J.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the impugned order, I feel convinced that the learned Courts below have rightly rejected the petitioner’s application filed for placing on record some documents. A perusal of the copy of the application does show that the petitioner did not assign any reason as to why the documents in question could not be filed on or before the stage of settlement of issues as stipulated in Order 13 Rule 1 C.P.C.
The writ petition is dismissed.
