Heard Shri S.K. Jain, learned Advocate for Bank of Baroda. This revision is filed by the revisionist for setting aside the order dated 3.7.93 passed by the Civil Judge, Haridwar in mortgage suit No. 123 of 1989 (Bank of Baroda Vs M/s Dubey Constructions Company and others) and for directing the Civil Judge, Haridwar to provide hearing opportunity to the defendants-revisionists in the suit. In our view, this revision is barred by the latest amendment under section 115 C.P.C. Therefore, it is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
