J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who is working as a Junior Accountant in the Kerala Bank Limited, AdimalyEvening Branch, Idukki District, has been transferredto CPC, Idukki by Ext.P6 order. According to thepetitioner, the petitioner has been transferred threetimes within a period of 10 months. The petitioner hasfiled Ext.P8 representation before the fourthrespondent through proper channel for cancellingExt.P6 order of transfer. The petitioner submits thatthe transfer has caused much hardships to her. Thepetitioner, inter alia, seeks a direction for earlydisposal of Ext.P8 representation.
2. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitionerand Sri. Gilbert George Correya, the learned standingcounsel appearing for the respondents.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, W.P.(C)No.30917/2021
