J U D G M E N T
The petitioner intends to alter his goods carriage to acrane mounted vehicle which belongs to the non-transportvehicle category. The petitioner contends that such an exerciseis permissible in law in view of Exts.P3 and P4 notificationsissued under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
2. I direct the respondent to entertain Ext.P2
application put in by the petitioner in this behalf and deal withthe same in accordance with law with due advertance to Exts.P3and P4 notifications. Necessary orders shall be passed in thisregard within a period of one month from the date of receipt of acopy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
