JUDGMENT
Heard the Government Pleader also.
Petitioner seeks permission to participate in the OppanaCompetition in the 49[th] Kerala State Youth Festival which isscheduled to be held on 31.12.2008. Learned GovernmentPleader submitted that there is a difference of 14 marks betweenthe petitioner and the person who stood as first. The learnedcounsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal wasdisposed of without hearing the petitioner and there was a realshow of bias by the judging committee also. I may not bejustified in sitting in appeal over the decision of the AppellateAuthority which is not vitiated by any irregularity. The writpetition fails and accordingly it is dismissed.
