JUDGMENT
Heard the Government Pleader also.
Petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of the appeal by theAppeal Committee. The allegation raised by the petitioner isthat due to an under hand technique adopted the petitioner wasrelegated to the 2[nd] rank in spite of having equal marks with theholder of 1[st] Rank. The petitioner secured second in Ottanthulal.Petitioner seeks permission to participate in Kallolsavam 2008-2009 at Senate Hall, Thiruvananthapuram on 31.12.2008 forMohiniattam. Learned Government Pleader submitted that thereis a difference of seven marks between the petitioner and theperson who stood as first. I do not find any ground to entertainthe writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
