JUDGMENT
Even though this matter was heard for some time today,the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner soughtpermission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh writ petition, by making proper challengeto the relevantGovernment Order also.
In such circumstances, I allow the request made by thepetitioner. This writ petition is thus disposed as having beenwithdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh writ petition, if he so advised, with proper reliefs.
