J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is aggrieved by the 2[nd] prize and A grade that she wasawarded in the Kerala School Kalotsavam, Thiruvananthapuram, RevenueDistrict and also the decision of the 2[nd] respondent rejecting her appeal. Themain contention raised by the petitioner is that in the previous year, she wasthe 1[st] prize winner and therefore, the assessment of her performance in thisyear is erroneous. The fact that the petitioner had secured A grade and 1[st]prize in the previous year by itself is no decisive factor to hold that theassessment of her performance in this years youth festival is erroneous.
2. Further, the Learned Government Pleader on instructions pointsout that the 1[st] prize winner had secured 250 marks where as the markssecured by the petitioner is only 235. According to the learned GovernmentPleader, the decision by the judges and also by the appellate committee wasunanimous.
3. On the materials available, I am unable to conclude that thedecisions impugned are vitiated for any reason.
Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
