O R D E R
This is an application filed to modify the condition ofdepositing Rs.5,000/- each, which was a condition attached to abail order by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the financialstatus of the petitioners is too low and they are unable to raisethe fund. After hearing learned counsel, I am inclined to givesome concession and therefore, the order of the learned ChiefJudicial Magistrate is modified by reducing the amount to bedeposited to Rs.2,000/- each, instead of Rs.5,000/- each.
