Arising out of Case Crime no.1 of 2002, Under sections: 498-A, 304-B I.P.C., P.S.: Naib Tahsildar District : Almora _____________________________________________________________

Hon’ble A.A. Desai, C.J.

Heard Mrs. Pushpa Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

It is reported that the investigation is complete. There is no likelihood of tampering of the witnesses. As such, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.
