Since the appeal has been dismissed, we have to issue directions pertaining to security for cost of `15,000/- deposited by the appellant. We direct `10,000/- to be returned to the appellant together with interest, if any, and the remaining `5,000/- be paid as cost to the respondent. Registrar General to act accordingly.
