Criminal Revision No. 427 of 2001 (Old No. 1798/1990)

Hon’ble P.C.Verma, A.C. J.

Heard Sri Lokendra Dobhal, Advocate for the revisionist and learned Government Advocate.

This is the revision against the judgment and order dated 03.08.90 passed by Sessions Judge, Uttarkashi in criminal appeal No. 10 of 1990 by which the appeal was allowed and the conviction of opposite party No. 2 and sentence dated 12.4.90 u/s 420 I.P.C. was set aside.

I have perused the above judgment. In my opinion, the judgment does not suffer from any infirmity and the revision, therefore, lacks merit.

In view of the above, the revision is dismissed.

(P.C. Verma, A.C.J.) Dt. 30.12.2003
