Hon’ble Irshad Hussain, J.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-accused and the learned Government Advocate.

The applicants-accused are on bail in two cases each pending against them. There is no previous conviction to the credit of the applicants and considering this fact, there are reasonable grounds to accept at this state the argument that the applicants have not committed the offence and there is no likelihood of their involving themselves in similar activity in future, if released on bail. Considering this aspect, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail.

Let the applicants (1) Ved Pal son of Phool Singh, (2) Brijpal Singh son of Phool Singh, both residents of village Naurata, P.S.
