Criminal Revision No. 235 of 2003

Hon’ble P.C.Verma, A.C. J.

This revision has been filed by the informant/revisionist seeking prayer to quash the impugned judgment dated 03.12.2003, passed by Additional Sessions Judge.I F.T.C., Udham Singh Nagar in Sessions Trial No.199 of 2001, State versus Yash Pal Malik and others, by which he has acquitted the accused persons under Sections 306 & 506 I.P.C. and with further prayer to punish them in accordance with law.

I have perused the judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. The finding recorded by the trial court is based on the evidence on record. I find no illegality and infirmity in the impugned judgment. The revision has no merit and is hereby dismissed.
