J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed this writ petition complainingof inaction on the part of the 2[nd] respondent in issuing acertificate containing the service particulars of thepetitioner for the purpose of submitting an application foradmission to the post graduate course in medicine, for herdaughters. The application is stated to have beensubmitted on 06.12.2010 as evidenced by Ext.P4.However, the certificate has not been issued by the 2[nd]respondent so far. According to the petitioner, the lastdate for submitting the applications of her daughters is03.01.2011. The petitioner relies on Ext.P1 to support hercontentions.
2. Since the application Ext.P4 was submitted asearly as on 06.12.2010, there is absolutely no justificationfor the non issue of the certificate till this date. It is alsoclear from Ext. P1 that the last date for submission of theapplication of her daughters is 03.01.2011.

In the above circumstance, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2[nd] respondent to consider Ext.P4 application and to issue the certificate that has beensought for forth with, so as to enable the petitioner tosubmit the applications of her daughters pursuant toExt.P1 before the last date, that is 30.01.2011.
