J U D G M E N T
The petitioner seeks the issue of a granted permit. Hehas offered another vehicle to operate on the route. Ext.P5 is therepresentation submitted in this regard to the respondent. Thepetitioner has produced along with the same the lease agreementof the new vehicle. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P5representation with notice to the petitioner and interestedparties. The respondent shall settle the timings after hearing theinterested parties dependent on the orders to be passed onExt.P5 representation. The entire exercise shall be completedwithin a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy ofthis judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
