W.P. No. 7031 of 2001 (SS) Hon’ble A.A. Desai, C.J.
Heard Sri C.D. Bahuguna, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned C.S.C.
The grievance of Sri Bahuguna is that in the order of suspension no allegation or charge is made. It simply refers that suspension is resorted on the advice of the Government Counsel. Learned C.S.C. clarified that there are charges against him, and the department shall hold inquiry. Therefore, it is directed that the department shall complete the process of framing charge within a period of one month from to-day.
With this, the petition is disposed of.
