ORDER
Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that theSulthan Bathery Police are at his heels. He denies all theallegations.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,submitted that no crime has been registered and that thepetitioner is not wanted in connection with the allegations in thepetition. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassmententertained by the petitioner is unfounded.
