J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 application for replacement of the existing vehicle with stage carriageKL-05/T 7074. According to the petitioner, Ext.P3 is astatutory application submitted before the respondent.However, the respondent has not so far consideredand passed orders on Ext.P3 application forreplacement of the vehicle. The petitioner has filedExt.P4 representation before the respondent, pointingout the urgency for the replacement of the vehicle.
2. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitionerand the learned Government Pleader appearing for therespondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the caseand in the nature of the limited relief prayed for by thepetitionerinthewritpetition,therewill be a direction, directing the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application within a period of onemonth from the date of receipt of a certified copy ofthis judgment. The respondent shall also take intoconsideration Ext.P4 filed by the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
