Heard Sri L.K.Tiwari learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that his application for enhancement of rent in respect of accommodation in dispute is pending before the District Magistrate, Dehradun for more than one year. The District Magistrate Dehradun is directed to decide the application (case no.13/2001) of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The petition is disposed of finally accordingly.
