The short grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P3and P4 applications for issuance of regular permit,as also, temporary permit have not been consideredby the competent authority among the respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing forthe petitioner and the learned Government Pleader,this Court directs the 2[nd] respondent to considerExt.P3 representation and the 1[st] respondent toconsider Ext.P4 representation in accordance withlaw. Ext.P4 shall be disposed of within a period ofone month, and Ext.P3, within a period of twomonths.
This writ petition stands disposed of as above.
