ORDER
Petitioners seek anticipatory bail. The learned PublicProsecutor on instructions submits that the petitioners arenot made accused in crime no.2112/2016 of the KannurTown police station. Recording the said submission, Idismiss the application without prejudice to the right of thepetitioners to apply afresh for the very same relief ifsituation warrants.
