JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a participant and team leader of a stage event'Margamkali' staged in St. Mary's Girls High School, Payyannur. Thepetitioner's team was placed only 3[rd] A Grade. The petitioner seeks for adirection to permit her and her team to participate in the 49[th] KeralaKalolsavam 2008-2009. Mainly it is contended that the judges who judgedthe event were not qualified.
2. Learned Govt. Pleader on instructions, submits that the petitionerwas only placed 3[rd] A Grade and the difference is 20 marks. In suchcircumstances, this court will not be sitting in appeal over the decisions ofthe appellate authority. I find no merit in the writ petition. It isaccordingly dismissed.
