JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this writ petitionchallenging Ext.P2 notice issued by therespondent bank.
2. The learned counsel for the bank submits thatas there were certain mistakes in Ext.P2as there were certain mistakes in Ext.P2
notice, the bank has decided to withdraw the same. Therefore, it appears that there is no threat of taking possession of thepetitioner's property.
In the light of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent bank, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and whenrequired.
