JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of the appeal as perExt.P1, by the appeal committee. The main ground on which theappeal was filed is that the programme was conducted in a classroom which was packed with audience viz., private parties and therewere obstructions in the performance of the item.

2. Learned Govt. Pleader on instruction submits that there isa difference of 14 marks between the petitioner and the firstcandidate.

3. I do not think that in this jurisdiction this Court will beable to sit in appeal over the decision of the appeal committee.Writ petition is dismissed.
