ORAL ORDER
Party-in-person Shardaben Satabhai Patel, mother of the prisoner convict, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to move parole application before the competent authority on the ground of marriage of nephew of the convict.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to move the competent authority for the purpose of parole on this ground.
