By means of present writ petition, the [petitioner seeks following reliefs, among others:
“(a) Issue a writ or order in the nature certiorari quashing the order dated 22.08.2017 passed by the respondent no.2 (annexure-5).
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on suitable post according to her qualification under the Dying in Harness Rules, 1974.”
Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.
