The petitioner challenges the judgment of the learnedSingle Judge in W.P.(C).No.13169/2012. The subject matter ofthe writ petition was the disqualification of the petitioner fromfunctioning as a member of the managing committee of the 2[nd]respondent bank. The learned Single Judge found that thepetitioner has an effective alternate statutory remedy asprovided under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act andrelegated the petitioner to that remedy. We do not find any errorof jurisdiction in the said judgment. Accordingly, this WritAppeal is dismissed.
