J U D G M E N T
The issues raised in this writ petition are squarely coveredby a judgment of this Court in State of Kerala v. Varghese(2017(3)KLT 744).
2. In such circumstances, I order this Writ Petition directingthe respondent to take up Exts.P3 and P3(a) applications madeby the petitioner for issue of clearance certificate and issueappropriate orders thereon adverting to the ratio in thejudgment aforecited as expeditiously as possible but not laterthan one month from the date of receipt of a copy of thisjudgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
