JUDGMENT
Petitioners are students of the Masters of BusinessAdministration(M.B.A) in D.C. School of Management andTechnology, Vagamon, Pullikanam, Idukki District. The mainprayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent torevalue the answer paper of the petitioners as applied by them inExt.P1(a) to P1(g).
Heard the Standing Counsel of the University also. Therewill be direction to the University to take appropriate action onthe application for revaluation and communicate the result to thepetitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receiptof a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
