with

CRMA No. 1372 of 2010

Hon'ble Prafulla C. Pant,J.

Shri Pratiroop Pandey, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Pawan Mishra, Advocate, present for the revisionists.

Shri M.A. Khan, Brief Holder, present for the State.

Heard.

This revision is directed against the framing of the charge by the trial court against the revisionists relating to offences punishable under section 452, 308, 323 IPC.

Having considered submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and after going through the papers on record, this Court finds that there was sufficient material including the injury report of the injured Dharam Singh, to frame the charge against the accused Ravindra Singh and others.

Therefore, this Court finds no force in this revision. Same is dismissed summarily. (Stay application No. 1372 of 2010, also stands dismissed).
