Since the impugned orders dated 22.10.2009 and 23.10.2009 have been unilaterally withdrawn by the respondents, and the respondent has also undertaken not to take any vindictive action against the petitioner, we are satisfied that there would be no purpose served in pursuing the instant contempt petition any further.
Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is disposed of.
