Hon’ble Irshad Hussain,J. Hon’ble M.M.Ghildiyal,J.

Heard Sri Ranjeet Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned C.S.C.

The petitioner has challenged his suspension dated 07.03.2001. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the chargesheet having been submitted and the reply given by the petitioner, the enquiry has not been concluded even after lapse of more than a year.

Considering the above facts, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and then serve show cause notice, if necessary on the petitioner and thereafter to pass final order within a further period of fifteen days.

With this direction, the petition is disposed of finally.
