JUDGMENT
Dated this the 31[st] day of December 2019
The limited prayer sought by the petitioners herein is for a direction to thecourt below for an expeditious disposal of E.P.No.192/18 in O.S.No.81/16 ofAdditional Munsiff Court - II, Thiruvananthapuram. Pursuant to a directionissued from this court, the respondent has been served and has filed vakalath. 2. Considering the proceedings of the court below as evident from Ext.P4, Iam inclined to dispose of the original petition itself with a direction to the courtbelow to take up and dispose of the E.P. itself as expeditiously as possible, at anyrate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of thisjudgment. Both sides shall appear before the court below on 14.1.2020. Onthat day, the first respondent shall file his objections. If objection is not filed, thecourt below shall proceed to take further steps in execution of the decree.
