JUDGMENT
In the light of the facts and circumstances, thereshall be a direction to the First Additional District Court,Kollam to dispose I.A.No.2083 of 2017 in O.S.No.199 of1957 within a period of one month. Till then, status quoshall be maintained. However, the court can vary thisorder even prior to that after hearing respondents if sowarranted. Continuation of the order would depend uponsuch terms and conditions the district court deems fit toimpose.
The original petition is disposed of as above.
