JUDGMENT
The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for anexpeditious consideration of an application filed to set asidean ex-parte award supported by an application to condonedelay and to defer the execution proceedings in themeanwhile.
2. I direct the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Tirurto consider I.A. Nos. 3029/2012 and 3030/2012 in OP(MV) No.564/2006 on its file within a period of two months from thedate of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Furtherproceedings in E.P. No. 22/2012 in OP(MV) No. 564/2006 shallbe put on hold till orders are passed on I.A. Nos. 3029/2012and 3030/2012 as directed above within the time frame.
