The writ petition was disposed of by judgment dated 23/11/12

directing that it will be open to the petitioner to seek the benefit of aone time settlement scheme which has been introduced by the 1[st]respondent. Petitioner now says that, but for the judgment, reliefwould have been given to her pursuant to Ext.P8. For that reason, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition itself.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and thelearned standing counsel for the respondents.

3. If as stated by the petitioner, she is eligible for anybenefits under Ext.P8, there is no reason to deprive her of thosebenefits for the reason that this court has rendered the judgment inthe writ petition. Therefore, in view of the submission made, thisreview petition is allowed and the judgment is recalled.
