J U D G M E N T
The respondent in OP No.262/2017 before theFamily Court, Kalpetta has filed this transferpetition seeking transfer of the said O.P to FamilyCourt, Ernakulam. Taking note of the fact that in thewedlock a child born and at present is aged only fouryears old, it is only appropriate to transfer thecase from Family Court, Kalpetta to Family CourtErnakulam. Therefore, the transfer petition isallowed. OP No.262/2017 is withdrawn from FamilyCourt, Kalpetta and transferred to Family Court,Ernakulam. The parties are directed to appear beforethe Family Court, Ernakulam on 30/1/2018.
