JUDGMENT
The petitioner was a student of B.Tech in Marine Engineeringat Cochin University of Science and Technology for the 2003 batch.All that the petitioner seeks in this writ petition is for a direction toconsider Ext.P11 representation and for earlier valuation andpublication of result of the petitioner in respect of MRE-601-Management Science subject.
2. Heard standing counsel for the University. It is submitted that a decision can be taken within three weeks on Ext.P11.
3. Therefore, there will be a direction to the University toconsider Ext.P11 on merits and take action as requested by thepetitioner in Ext.P11. Since the petitioner has already gotappointment in a shipping company the time limit as stipulatedabove will be observed by the University and appropriate action betaken as directed above. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
