Hon. Irshad Hussain,J. Hon. M.M.Ghildiyal,J.

Heard Miss Menka Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A.K.Joshi, counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is that although recommendations of the 5[th] pay Commission have not been implemented, but the petitioners are getting notional pay and the allowances as contemplated by the 5[th]Pay Commission. However, they are not being paid medical reimbursement on the notional pay. Their representation is pending disposal with the respondent authorities.

The respondent authorities are directed to take decision on the representation of the petitioners dated 18.9.2002 contained in Annexure 2 to the writ petition within a period of one month. With this, the petition is disposed of.
