Heard Sri K.P. Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lalit Singh Son for the respondent no. 2. The learned counsel for the parties made statement that they have settled the dispute outside the court. In view of this statement, the petition is finally disposed of accordingly. The amount deposited by the petitioner before the Labour Court may be released in favour of respondent-workman.
